3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

4. Service Terms and Conditions

4.1 Training Programs

Our training programs are delivered according to agreed schedules and specifications. We reserve the right to modify program content to ensure relevance and quality.

4.2 Attendance and Participation

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Missed sessions may result in incomplete certification or additional fees for make-up sessions.

4.3 Materials and Resources

Training materials provided are for the exclusive use of enrolled participants and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees and Payment

All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of training programs unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and company purchase orders from approved corporate clients.

5.3 Late Payment

Late payment fees may apply for overdue invoices. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding payments.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation by Client

• Cancellations more than 30 days before program start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations 15-30 days before program start: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 15 days before program start: No refund

6.2 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment, trainer unavailability, or force majeure events. In such cases, full refunds will be provided.

6.3 Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule programs subject to trainer availability and may incur additional fees for late rescheduling requests.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Company Content

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Glimmer Hedge remain our exclusive property and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our materials solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

7.3 Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of information shared during training sessions. Participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' contributions and sensitive business information discussed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glimmer Hedge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glimmer Hedge from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, or public health emergencies.

13. Modifications to Terms

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice subject to the cancellation terms outlined in Section 6.

14.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all rights and obligations cease except those that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations and confidentiality commitments.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
